Is this a real person?
No. Forge is an AI voice coach. It's built to be direct and consistent, not to replace a therapist, doctor or financial advisor.
What times will it call?
You choose a morning and an evening time when you sign up, in your own time zone. You can also call Forge anytime from the phone number on your account.
Do I need to connect my calendar?
No. After each call you get an email with a calendar invite for each thing you planned. One tap adds it to Google, Apple or Outlook.
Are calls recorded?
Yes. Calls are recorded and transcribed so Forge can write your recap and remember what you committed to. Your data is never sold.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from your account, or reply to any recap email. Calls stop as soon as your plan ends.
